Eddie joined us after having dedicated himself for several years in warehouse positions, including leadership roles, that honed his supply chain and logistics knowledge. He specializes in and oversees driver communication and dispatching, FMCSA & DOT requirement compliance, logistics analysis, and training.

He has an outstanding ability to analyze situations and quickly design improvements. He builds in practical procedures to ensure both speed and safety. Just because it was “always done that way” becomes a challenge that Eddie responds to.

 

With all his technical ability and skills, he also builds professional relationships at all levels, including management. He excels in cross training others so the team can exceed previous levels. In 2020, he was awarded DHL Employee of the Month. So, no matter what interaction you have with Eddie, you will have a positive experience.

Having worked in various warehouses in several roles for many years, including a Team Lead position, he was primed to join our organization giving insight into warehouse operations and supply chain logistics. Jason came to us as a driver and has grown with the organization. He understands driver needs, warehouse operations, supply chain and logistics, and as a result has proven to be a perfect fit for managing the onboarding of new drivers, training, business development, and logistics analysis.
